The Barbarian and the Geisha 1958

The Barbarian and the Geisha is the fourteenth mug Bob Williams did for John Wayne.  It has an interesting bottom stamp in that the Wallace logo is different than any other we’ve seen.  There was a variety of Wallace logos through the years which you can see by clicking the “History” link above.  This was the only mug however that had this particular logo, the other logos were on multiple mugs.
